Middlestate University -- A Crisis in Education
AbstractMiddlestate University faces a budgetary crisis in which multiple self-interested stakeholders must determine the best allocation of institutional resources in the pursuit of institutional goals. This would be problematic at the best of times, and is made worse in this situation because the administration has put compensation, benefits, and tenure on the table for reallocation. This simulation is intended for faculty, staff, and administrators in higher education.
