Administration and Design of Simulation Materials for a Specialized Management Training Program

Abstract

A series of management simulation games in a library setting were designed to be part of a one-week seminar in Management for Librarians,’ a program funded by HEW. This paper describes design considerations in setting up a program for a quite different group than those usually exposed to simulation gaming. The results secured, a genera’ evaluation, and plans for future seminars are discussed.
