Strategic Management: An Evaluation of the Use of Three Learning Methods
AbstractThe paper examines the use of three learning methods in the teaching of a strategic management course for a Masters programme in management. The three methods are: an in-company consultancy project; a new business venture simulation; and the case method. The results of a survey of students' perceptions indicate that overall the business simulation provides a more successful learning experience.
