Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze ways of using business games for preventing risks in managerial development, helping companies to implement new sets of marketing policies, and reducing incertainties toward the market. Besides that, to present the solution adopted to overcome limitations of the model adopted, and revealing how up to date is the ancient thinking of the Chinese philosopher, Confucius: I hear and I forget; I see and I remember; I do and I understand.
