Goals: I. To offer each participant an opportunity to experience a simulated Communist economy. II. To allow each participant an opportunity to experience a simulated Free Enterprise economy. III. To demonstrate the different kinds of incentives and controls in the two economies. IV. To demonstrate the problems and opportunities faced in changing from a Communist economy to a Free Enterprise system
