Harried Harry: An Experiential Capstone for Students of Organizational Behavior

Abstract

"This demonstration workshop is intended for instructors of organizational behavior (especially, but not exclusively, at the undergraduate level). Participants will learn a new, easy-to-administer exercise they can use as an experiential capstone for students of organizational behavior. The exercise enables students to integrate a wide range of concepts and appreciate the realities of organizational behavior. After a brief introduction, attendees will be separated into small groups to participate as roleplayers in the exercise. Then, having experienced the exercise firsthand, participants will debrief and discuss ways of adapting it to meet their specific teaching needs and goals. "
