Demand Generation in a Service Industry Simulation: An Algorithmic Paradox
Abstract
The demand function in the service-based simulation is one of the most difficult problems that must be solved. Generally, the production models do not work well. This paper presents the issues involved in simulating the cost/revenue relationships in a service-industry simulation and propose one solution t tat has been successfully incorporated into a new strategic management game.Downloads
