Teaching Employee Counseling Skills to Management Students: A Simulation

Abstract

This paper presents a simulation which has the goal of improving management student’s skills in employee counseling. The assumption is that management students properly taught or trained to counsel employees will know the importance of good communication which is essential for a satisfactory management-employee relationship.
