Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze the effects of participation in a collective bargaining simulation on the attitudes of union and management representatives. This paper uses attitude data collected from 16 management representatives and 40 local union officers participating in a collective bargaining simulation exercise conducted by the author.Downloads
