Realism and Learning: The Evolution of a Management Game

Abstract

A management game designed to focus analysis on the problems of differentiating between true parameter changes and random fluctuations in the analysis of data is described. Results secured from the game and changes made in the game that tend to improve the learning value while making the game somewhat less realistic are discussed.
