Meeting the Managerial Skill Shortage - Is Academia Up to it?
Abstract
This paper questions the likelihood of the graduate business education community producing graduates who are capable of actually performing the skills required of a successful manager rather than just understanding those skills. The key to acquisition of the more complex and critical performance skills is considered to be the use of complex, realistic, perpetually running simulations.Downloads
