An Exercise in Conflict-Handling Behavior
Abstract
An interactive game is proposed to enhance classroom learning of conflict-handling behavior. The game is based on a two-dimensional model of conflict and offers significant improvements over dichotomous (e.g., competitioncooperation) models such as the Prisoner’s Dilemma Game. Preliminary results support the two-dimensional model and suggest the value of the game for experiential learning.Downloads
