Experiential Processing of Differing Managerial Perspectives: The Use of a Game Show Format
Abstract
The pedagogical technique described in this paper is one which permits student learning to take place at both the cognitive (content) and the affective (process) level. The mechanics of this particular “total person” approach to the teaching of an Organizational Behavior course are fully detailed in the paper. Additionally, several beneficial byproducts which the instructor can anticipate resulting from the use of the authors! game show format are suggested.Downloads
