Measuring the Effect of an Experiential Exercise
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe and demonstrate a technique for measuring the impact of an experiential exercise on the participants’ perceptions of and preferences for various career alternatives. The method utilizes an experimental design with measurement of perception and preference obtained by means of a multidimensional scaling technique. As a demonstration of the method, it has been used to assess the effect of a personal selling role-playing exercise.Downloads
