Abstract

Students and practitioners in the field of Organization Development and Change (OD&C) are expected to be conversant with the concept of Process Consultation and able to work with clients as Process Consultants. This article explores the feasibility of using fiction as a constructivist tool employed in Process Consultation courses which are offered online. By sharing this premise, the author invites educators and learners who recognize the inescapable confluence of a) learning about the theory and practice of Process Consultation and the prevalence of b) online mechanisms for learning to join this nascent dialogue and to contribute to the construction of valuable learning experiences in the area of Process Consultation.
