Coping with Stress
Abstract
Stress can have negative effects on employee health that, in turn, can significantly impact employee contributions to the effectiveness of the organization. This experiential exercise will provide you with the opportunity to evaluate whether you are a person prone to stress tendencies, judge the amount of stress with which you presently cope, identify the situations you encounter that are particularly stressful, and determine techniques for coping with these stressful situations.
