A MicroComputer Simulation for Teaching Retail Location Strategy
Resumen
Microcomputers are becoming increasingly evident in classrooms across the country. The inherent advantages of micros with respect to simplicity, cost, and flexibility makes them well suited for designing and running simulations. The authors discuss the relative benefits of microprocessors, followed by a presentation of the concept of microsimulations. A microsimulation of retail location strategy decisions is described along with the results of classroom testing. Conclusions are offered on the bright future of microcomputers in classroom simulations.Descargas
