Preparing Student Groups to Participate in Experiential Group Projects: An Organizational Development Approach

This paper presents a detailed outline of a group training session that the authors have used to prepare students for group projects in a senior marketing course. The authors argue that students who are instructed in group processes are much more satisfied with the group approach to experiential learning than those not so instructed.Descargas
