An Experiential Exercise for Learning about the Relationship between Organizational Form & the Project Management Process
Abstract
This experiential exercise involves the participants in a dynamic project management environment which includes planning, communication, decision-making and interpersonal interaction. It will help them to recognize and acknowledge the organizational metamorphosis that should take place as a project proceeds through its cycle, as well as the three basic project tradeoff factor--schedule, resources and performance.
